Restaurant

Since its opening the restaurant has been the centre for the study off primary agricultural produce harvested from the surrounding countryside and locally caught fish. It has also sponsored the creation of the Wine and Typical Produce trail of the North coast out of Rome. The cuisine follows various Mediterranean traditions while adding its own original touch, especially to the seafood dishes.
It the menu there is a constant reference to the history of Italian cooking recalling both traditional country recipes and high class cuisine.
The dining room is furnished with stone and iron giving a sense of austere elegance and the simple hospitality guarantees the perfect presentation of dishes and produce.
During the warmer season, dining in the garden or on the terrace overlooking the sea, enhances this culinary experience.
